What is the need?

For 15 years, UApresents has been the
keeper of the 72-year legacy of Centennial Hall,

a legacy that includes the Bolshoi Ballet, Itzhak Perlman, Ray Charles, Andres Segovia, Van Cliburn, Gene Krupa, Leontyne Price and The Grateful Dead.

Today's challenging economic conditions have deeply affected the University of Arizona necessitating significant budget cuts. UApresents is one of the University departments most profoundly impacted by the financial crisis, losing 75% of our state funding.

UApresents is committed to continuing its legacy and the community's financial support is crucial. Through the "Keep the Adventure Alive" campaign, UApresents aspires to ensure that the entire community understands the breadth of UApresents' cultural and economic impact and to reach all those who can provide financial support. Every dollar is needed.

There are many ways to contribute. Our Development Office can take your contribution directly. Simply call Sandra Um, Director of Development, at (520) 621-5752. It is also possible to donate at Centennial Hall. Collection boxes are at every entrance along with envelopes for your contribution. And, for as little as $5--or more--you can add your name to the Centennial Hall lobby wall displaying the names of grateful supporters. If you prefer, simply click the link below to make a secure online donation.
